Today I want to talk about tow seminar I had attended two months ago past. I sign up in workshop about managerial support sponsor by aljameeah alsaudia at ksu. We were about 20 students from different majors spicily low student because the work shop were in there college. In my opinion I think the lack of advertising cause view attendant. Also they change the place where it spouse to be. My friends and I kept searching about the place about 15 mints. After we arrived we found out there is fees on the work shop and they did not Minchin it in the ads. My friends decide not to go in and I entered the seminar .after I came in they were started. She asked me to come in and give small itroductcuon about myself and something you did affect other people and I gave one. She talked about how to effect other people and let them wants to follow you willingly .Honestly I did not gain the experience I was hop for. Here are some points to improve.

 1_ I think it would be better if they prepare more by bring Teaching Package.

2- also  I wish if they were more attention to the presentation  we had to stop every mint because of it.

In the opposite side, I attend last month workshop about -discover the leader in side you- organized by Student Partnership at ksu. The speaker rana alagla was from Dale Carnegie center he was great researcher in developing the humane. She talked about what is an effective leader and the step to be good leader and everyone wants to follow you. She gave so many story and examples. Also she makes us participate as group and individual. It was great experience and I benefited so much from the work shop one of them How to improve myself to be an effective leader. Also another thing I liked also the attendance, at the end she light up a candle and side be always the light who light the life of every one and last forever it was very sensitive and Touch my heart.  To sum up the organizing was great, atmosphere and place. I would like to thank student who part spent and I am looking forward to attend another workshop with them.

My goals:

To take a trip around the world and visit famous places 

To do more volunteer work and to be able to make difference

Learn Spanish language and culture and to that I will visit Spain one year

To be financially independent by taking part time job while studying market major

To lunch my project which is party designing and event planning in 2 years after graduate from the university

Read more books 20 books in 6 months

To lose 20 kg in six months and be in healthy diet and healthy life style

To do more exercise and go to gym

To finish my bachloruos degree in one yare and have

To be able to bless mom and dad

To be Successful business woman

To be globally recognize as professional party designer and event planner.

To go study broad in academic specifies in organize for event, party and converse.

To make difference in my community and the world

To train myself in how to do great presentation and public speaking

To make 40 people happy by doing any things make them happy in 3 months
